The Things We Carry
A Day-long Prayer Retreat for Women Making Room for the Ache of Grief, Anger, Hurt & Change, and Finding the Courage to Let It Go
Loss. Anger. Disappointment. Transition. Old wounds. Things left unsaid.
Perhaps you’ve been carrying a hurt for years. Maybe anger has been simmering just beneath the surface, waiting for a safe place to be acknowledged. Perhaps grief has taken up residence in your heart, or a season of change has left you feeling disoriented and unsure of what comes next.
Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone.
You weren’t made to carry festering wounds. You are created for freedom.
This retreat offers a spacious, sacred place to bring what you’ve been carrying—to finally be honest about your emotions, make room for the Spirit to enter, and discover the gentle presence of God in the midst of it all.
This is an intimate retreat for seven women who are ready to let go of hard, lingering emotions within their hearts. We will move through four movements of prayer together. Sharing will be part of this retreat.
