Rooted in the long Christian tradition, it is a prayerful conversation with a trained companion who listens with you for the movement of the Holy Spirit—guiding, consoling, inviting, and shaping your soul in love.

Sessions range from $50 to $100 based on your discernment in prayer. I offer a free initial consultation before beginning spiritual direction. The consultation is an opportunity to get to know me, discern if direction is the best next step, and explore your questions about spiritual direction.
